Nowadays, technology and transportation brings a devastating amount of wastewater into the river without any consideration. This fact inspired the floating water treatment project which places further emphasis on the development of the local community by bringing sand into the area to construct riverside facilities.

ทุกวันนี้เทคโนโลยี การคมนาคมต่างๆ ทำให้เกิดการปล่อยน้ำเสียลงแม่น้ำไม่มีใครหันมาดูแลรักษา จึงได้มีแนวคิดการบำบัดน้ำโดยใช้ต้นพืชควบคู่การพัฒนาชุมชนโดยใช้เรือขนทรายมาสร้างเป็นพื้นที่ที่สามารถรองรับกิจกรรมริมน้ำที่หลากหลาย
